an unexpected surprise!

today, i got an unexpected surprise ... in the form of amazing feedback on an assignment i worked really hard on :) i got a First mark, which is ridiculous for me!!!!! 


so i treated myself to a Push Pop:

remember these?! how cool!! ... don`t remember them being 65p when i was a little girl, though!

and ... this made me smile :)

Spring has sprung! :) (they`re gorgeous yellow tulips, no?!)

Spring is the start of something new; a time to turn over a new leaf ... so, if my unexpected (but well deserved, even if i do say so myself ...!) assignment mark is a sign of things to come (providing i work hard on my research project upcoming exams ...) then this year looks set to be a good `un :)
